Where’s home for you?
As I walked in the Clubhouse this week, I was surprised at the large map on the wall placed by our Snowbird guests.
This was a fun activity to find out their geographic coordinates and where they are in relation to each other. I was puzzled at first that there was only a portion of the US & Canada showing, but it makes sense considering that they really are “Snowbirds”!
This got us thinking in the office about where our visitors are coming from the rest of the year. New Smyrna Beach truly lives up to it’s tagline being “Central Florida’s Beach” as the majority of our guests at Sea Coast Condominiums and the New Smyrna Beach area come from a short drive on the I-4 corridor. The greater Orlando area #loveNSB and the close proximity of a beach getaway.
New Smyrna Beach has been featured in many local and national articles. In 2013, National Geographic put #NSB on the list of “World’s Top 20 Surf Towns”. The Orlando Sentinel voted New Smyrna Beach as “Best Beach” from 2007-2014 and in 2013 Travel & Leisure put New Smyrna on the list of “Worlds Coolest Surf Towns”. With reviews like that, there is no question why people from all over the US travel to vacation in New Smyrna Beach, FL.
Sea Coast Condominiums is host to a variety of states year-round, but the largest number of our guests come from: Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, New Hampshire, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia and Ontario,Canada.
