A $500.00 reservation deposit for each month of reservation guarantees your reservation. Deposit is to be paid at time of reservation, and will be applied toward rental balance when due.

Our rates fluctuate depending on the time of year you wish to visit. High Season is June thru August. Mid Season is January thru May. Low Season is September thru December
Hurricane Policy – A hurricane must be named by the National Weather Service and an evacuation for New Smyrna Beach and or Volusia County issued in order for you to be refunded a portion of your stay for early departure.
Parking Permits – All vehicles must have a parking permit. Any vehicle without a parking permit will be towed at vehicle owner’s expense. Permits are available in office.

About Our Rooms
Pets are not allowed in rental units. Sorry, no exceptions.
All units are non-smoking. It is permitted to smoke outdoors, but not inside condominium.
All units overlook the Atlantic Ocean, offering breathtaking views and the soothing sounds of the waves to enhance your coastal retreat.
Pool Rules
Pool Hours: Dawn to Dusk
No lifeguard on duty.
Several umbrellas for the poolside tables are available for check out , but need to be returned to the office by 5 PM. Umbrellas should be lowered during high wind.
No chairs, umbrellas or equipment may be taken to the beach. Sea Coast equipment must remain on Sea Coast property.
Pool cleaning and chemicals service are done before 9:00am
Please, kindly honor the pool rules posted on the pool deck.
Amenity Information
Club House – Hours are from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm unless approved by the manager. Your key opens clubhouse restrooms.
Clubhouse room and kitchen may be reserved for private parties for a fee. Please contact office for availability and more details.
Laundry Rooms – For your convenience laundry rooms are conveniently located on the north and south sides of the building located on each floor. Laundry rooms are open for use from 8:00 am to 9:00pm
Shuffleboard courts open 9am to 5pm… equipment is available for check out and should be returned to the office by 5pm.
Outdoor Cooking – No gas or charcoal grills are allowed on any balcony or patio.
